I would like to once again tell you how pleased I am with your company’s service.   You did exactly what you said you would do which is a bit rare in the marine industry.  Eric texted me before arrival.  He was prompt and went right to work.  Shortly afterwards he found the problem and quickly fixed it.  The system has operated properly since he left.

I was told by my normal service provider for the A/C systems that my compressor was seizing up and tripping the A/C breaker and I would need a new Cruiser Air unit, cost of $5900+ with September delivery. I asked Eric for a second opinion. His tech came right over a repaired broken wire. System working ok now. Many thanks.
